So i didn’t want to put another post up today, but Tsuki called me randomly asking for this pic.

Japanese Gravure Idol is what comes to mind when you look at Tsuki. I found her on myspace some years ago, she modeled for RACESAUCE and had done other modeling gigs along with GO GO Dancing for various promoters. Now she’s the hottest Japanese Bartender you’ll know outside of those K-Bar type places in Honolulu. Tsuki works at Bar 7 ( bar #2, the one with the two dart boards on each side) on Wednesdays, you might wanna go early because Wednesdays are crazy! She also bartends at Tsukiji on Saturdays!

So maybe for the rest of the month i’ll be putting one photo from a shoot i did . . but i just can’t wait! aaahhhh! I’m prob gonna put up Tsunami and Bar 7 workers according to the days they work . . But i wanna give a big thank you to Ryansauce.com for always being there for my shoots and helping out, as well as Kai aka DJ Toyo for helping out with video and lighting too !

Donna was featured in XHIFT Magazine ( xhift.com ) in 2008 or so.  . Donna’s one of those bombshells that’s hard to find even on this tiny island. Although she has re-located to CALI,  she’s smart i forget but i think she has a degree as well from UH. But yeah all in all Donna is a HOTTY that used to live in HAWAII!

KC has been our door girl for the past several years. She’s also served as a model for my aftermarket automotive media & entertainment company “RACESAUCE” So I found it fitting that our model was our door girl haha! Anyways this was shot some years ago when I was still learning. Natural window light in the bathroom, using slow shutter to pickup for light. Met Lexi at one of my club promotions back in 2006 or 2007. Immedieatly recognized that she was different. But i finally got to shoot with her in 2009, and learned alot about her. She’s totally into kicks, and loves pasta. Her hair is naturally curly which I think is beautiful. Anyways Lexi doesn’t go out alot, she’s a focused individual with goals, I wish her the best of luck but i hope i get to shoot with her again soon.

First photo was kinda random, as some of my friends might know I have handcuff’s in my car for god knows why. So we played around with those .. kinda came out intresting. The theme of the shoot should have been “Color Crimes” Teens and their colorful shoes, shirts, and accessories.

Second photo was also just random. . no strategic planning what so ever. The lighting was horrible, I didn’t use any reflector for this photo just natural shuttered light. Blah . .

I’ll update this post later but the day started off at 7am with candid studio shots of Grace working in her news anchor enviorment. It was kind of exciting to see them do the whole thing live. After we headed towards Ala Moana Beach Park to shoot Grace with her dog Sunny walking on the beach! Didn’t bring any heavy or expensive equip, just a Alien Bee 400 and battery pack . . I used the stock light blub deflector dish to bounce my light . . I find myself doing that alot . . ah it works!

So its been a while since I’ve shot anything creditable, or edited anything creditable. Starting July i’ll be getting back into my photography, hopefully with new equipment to improve my technique. For the past several month’s i’ve been solely dedicating my time to my job which consists of night club promotions and bar life. Visit tsunamishawaii.com come check out the new bar!
